How to Wear Peter Pilotto For Target
by Kéla Walker
This Peter Pilotto for Target collection just might be the pick up I needed to carry my through NYC’s brutal winter. Suddenly I don’t care how cold it is or how much snow covers the ground. All I want to do is wear these bold prints and pretty patterned dresses. Kontinue to see how I’m wearing the spring time prints through the winter
If you’ve been wanting to perk up your kloset and try something new, there’s no better time than now with the Peter Pilotto for target collection. It’s a sure fire way to get your Solange on and mix and thing up with your style.
As you know I got to shop the Peter Pilotto for Target collection a little early. If you haven’t done so already, check out my fashion haul video) This dress was one of the first pieces I grabbed at the launch event. I was drawn to the shape but was a little unsure about it with all the color and prints in one piece but once I tried it on I was sold. I love the side panels- they give the perfect skinny girl illusion- which I can use these days.
Despite the bold prints and vibrant colors that call for spring & summer there’s no way I’m waiting to rock these frocks. For the time being I’m applying all my layering and winterizing tricks to wear Peter Pilotto for Target NOW. Until things warm up, they’re going to look great over turtle necks and with chunky wools like this coat. Nevermind the stares I got from a few
clueless folks when I wore this dress through the streets of NY. I look pretty hot along the way.
In the lookbook the dress is layered over a complimenting print T-shirt. I grounded the dress by pairing it with all black.
