Hi-lo blouse, Mullet shirt, however you refer to it, this trend is soaringI refer to the look as hi-lo and I love it.   As soon as I spotted this extreme highlow top, I knew I had to have it.  I wasnt sure how I would wear it but that was a minor detail.

 Despite first impressions, this top very verstile.  It can be worn as a bathing suit cover,
with shorts, tucked into a skirt (will definitely be trying that)
or super casual with jeans and pumps like I have done.   

The key for me (and should be for most) is to make sure the high part of the hi-lo covers your stomach with no belly flopping out. My tummy peaks out a little in this one but I think its forgivable.
