Happy Holiday Kuties. There is something about this outfit that feels so holiday festive.  The color combo, the secretary blouse and shiny shoes; it’s a fit made for the season.

I ‘m not really a fan of lace but I love these two lace pieces from my kloset, individually.  Typically  I wouldn’t pair them together in fear of being overbearingly lacey but I’m pleasantly surprised how much I like them together.

How lovely is this B. Michael design for the Emma character (Whitney Houston) in the Sparkle film?  It evokes femininity and sophistication.  While he designed the piece for the 50′s/60′s era, it’s a style that could easily fit in now.
