As you know I’m all about renewing your pieces and maximizing what’s already in your kloset.  With that said, I’m notorious for taking a dress and turning it into a top (like this vs this). Its’s probably another reason why I love shift dresses - they are so loose and versatile.  A nip here, a tuck there and voila, said dress is now a blouse.  

Paired with a pair of black skinnies ( legging are a no no in my Kloset) a dress-turned-top is great when I dont really feel like getting girl-ified
(totally just made that up yet you SO get it)
but still want to be feminine. It makes for a great casual chic look.

Topping this look off with an equally versatile handbag that I can wear as a crossbody bag makes this look even casually chic.
The sequin pumps are just icing on the chic
