Happy Holiday Kuties. There is something about this outfit that feels so holiday festive.  The color combo, the secretary blouse and shiny shoes; it’s a fit made for the season.

I love secretary blouses for the very reason that you present yourself in a bow.  How sweet and appropriate is that for this season of cheer?! I can’t help but be in bright spirits with this blouse and these emerald colored pants  (Emerald is the Pantone 2013 color of the year) And the patent leather booties provide the  perfect punctuation.
